Today is Macaron Day, so enjoy those if you’re a fan!
I decided to learn more about them after seeing them EVERYWHERE in the last few months and my two favorite takeaways are as follows:
Lesson #2: They have feet! Really, when the two cookies (?) bake, they form a crumb-like skirt, seemingly one of the keys to perfecting a recipe!
